Composition Competition

2020 RESULTS

Congratulations and thanks to the 45 talented composers who entered our 2020 Flute Society Composition Competition. We were thrilled to receive so many compositions of such an extremely high level. It made our job of choosing just one winner very difficult. As a result, it was decided to award a joint 2nd Prize to three more composers, as well as seven highly commended awards.

Congratulations to BEN HOADLEY who is our 2020 1st Prize Winner ($1,000) for his composition Involute!

Ben Hoadley’s ‘Involute’ was awarded the First Prize.
